Before Returning an Item:

Our friendly customer service team will provide you with the return address and guide you through the return process. Please note, our warehouse functions primarily as a dispatch center and cannot accept returns or process sales.
Damaged or Defective Items During Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will assist you promptly. We take utmost care in packaging our products securely with high-quality materials. For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Faulty Items:

Change of Mind Returns:

Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days within NSW, QLD, and SA, and 7-10 business days within TAS, WA, and NT.
